Peanut Punch

½ to 2/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups cold whole milk or soymilk
1-teaspoon vanilla essence (extract)
A dash of cinnamon
A dash of nutmeg

Honey to sweeten

Place it all in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until thick and frothy, serve immediately. Serves 2 or 4 depending on how much you want.
