 The Whip Queen began here, in the desert with Red,

followed by the superb writings of gmc . The Whip Queen is currently

somewhere between Window Rock and the Greyhound bus stop

in North Platte Nebraska. 

 

Juniper drops her berries
1,2,3,4,5,6, 7 they are strung to make the whip
1,2,3,4,5, 6 Iktomi wears the mescal and elk teethe combined

Red, black, white they are his colors
Bold and fixating they disrupt
Causing sickness in the medicine wheel

Iktomi you are very lazy
Iktomi you work too hard

    Whip Queen’s tribesFrom Navajo to BlackfeetRide on crystal horsesPainting universeWith lipstick’s tracesAnd ravens’ songs
