This virus is more contiguous than what they are saying. It’s stays in the air, like smoke.
This is what I’ve been doing.
Grocery clothing for errands:
I make sure to wear an outter and inner layer, inner layer is yoga leggings and tank top. Outer layer is hoodie and jeans or mechanic onesie. I have a hat on as well. Gloves or hand sanitizer is in the pocket, a wash or mask with replaceable carbon filters. I bring my own Lysol and disinfectant wipes. I also wear goggles. This might sound like a lot, it’s necessary for this pestilence.
When I get home:
Place all groceries in a quarantine area outside the house. Leave them there 72 hours, if they need to be cold I wipe them off with a rag and disinfectant that I set up outside in the quarantine area before eye leave the house.
Take off all outter layer clothes and place in a large Ikea bag that I set up in front of my house before I leave. Take off shoes and hat. Leave shoes and hat outside front door.
Go around the side of the house with The bag of possibly contaminated clothes and put them and the Ikea bag into the washing machine. I prep the washing machine before hand:: lift lid and pour soap in before I leave to do errands. I try to minimize the amount of touching I’ll need to do before I take a shower upon returning from the store or wherever I had to go. I then place the clothes inside the washer and shut the washer door without pushing the start button then go directly to the shower. After the shower I spray disinfectant on sink and toilet area. Let air dry.
After the shower I go straight to the washing machine and press the start button, I do this after the shower simply because my washing machine and shower share the same hot water tank and I don’t want to freeze in the shower. Done.
This is very time consuming and even stressful but it is less stressful than my loved ones ending up in ICU fighting for their lives.
Sit down and have a cuppa tea because this is exhausting and possibly nervine tinctures if I am extra stressed.
Before bed:
I wipe down and disinfect all knobs, doors, counters, light switches, microwave, teapot, coffee pot, all faucets, toilet area, Britta water jug, etc. let air dry.
In the afternoon eye do it sometime around 3pm (the disinfecting) eye do this just to be safe in case I am contagious. No one else leaves the house right now. I cover my mouth if eye sneeze or cough and wash my hands with soap and water after using hand sanitizer 3 times. Fourth cleaning is soap and water 20 seconds.
Change all hand towels daily in kitchen and bathroom. I do this twice a day.
So let’s recap

-
Outer layer, mechanic onsie or jeans nd hoodie
-

Gloves or and hand sanitizer
-
Disinfectant wipes for cart or Lysol

Set up your washing machine before you leave the house.
-
Make sure washer is empty and ready for a new load, add soap, set the dial in preferred settings, leave washer door open. Do as much as possible in the laundry room before you leave as to minimize touching things.
Get up your grocery sanitation before leaving
-
Designate an area outside your house where you can safely leave groceries you don’t need to bring in right away. If that’s not possible read on.
-
Leave out a rag and the disinfectant in the kitchen. Wipe down all items you need to bring into the house right away that need freezing or refrigeration. No the freezer doesn’t kill the virus. If you are able to leave things outside you’ll leave this out there.
-
In the kitchen, fill up a basin or large bowl with disinfectant for items that are in glass or plastic. Set this up before leaving the house.
-
For Crackers, cereal, mac and cheese etc. have a sharpie ready so that you can discard the boxes and write the name of the item on the inner bag or put in a plastic or glass container. Discard paper boxes into a large trash bag for immediate removal.
Sanitize house twice a day, more if caregivers come in and out of the house
-
Use a store bought disinfectant or dilute bleach, 4 teaspoons per quart of water.
-
Wipe down all touched surfaces and common areas where people commune. All knobs, switches, buttons, tv remotes, all remotes, cellphone and landline, door and door jams, coffee and tea pot, tissue box, hand sanitizer container and pump soap containers, change all hand towels, designate a shower towel for each person in the house.
-
If possible open the windows in your house a few times a day.
-
Don’t share food or double dip while eating.
